When you place an order on invoux.com, you are purchasing from INVOUX (JG ECOM LTD). INVOUX is responsible for customer support, order processing, delivery support, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to the policies published on invoux.com.

All products sold on invoux.com are offered subject to availability. Product images are for illustration; colour and appearance may vary depending on screen settings. Product information is presented as accurately as possible.
3) Prices and currency
Prices on invoux.com are displayed in GBP (£) unless clearly stated otherwise. The total amount payable is shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, INVOUX may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Payments are processed through secure checkout. The available payment methods are displayed at checkout. INVOUX does not store full payment card details.
5) Order confirmation and cancellations
After checkout, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided. INVOUX may cancel an order if it cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or a pricing/listing error. If an order is cancelled after payment has been captured, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
6) Delivery area (United Kingdom only)
INVOUX delivers exclusively to valid addresses within the United Kingdom (GB). Orders are not shipped to other countries or territories.
7) Delivery timeframe
Delivery estimates are stated on invoux.com and in the Shipping Policy. INVOUX’s current delivery estimate for the United Kingdom is 2–10 business days, which includes handling and transit time and excludes weekends and UK public holidays.

8) Address accuracy and failed deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional costs may apply to resend the order.
