This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom (GB) only.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Returned items must be new only — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All returns are made by mail.
If your return is approved, we will email you a free return shipping label (download & print) and instructions on how to send your parcel.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We charge no restocking fees.
We accept exchanges within the 30-day return window, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, contact support@invoux.com with your order number and the item/size you want.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 days.
Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund after it is issued.

We deliver exclusively to valid addresses within the United Kingdom (GB). We do not ship to other countries or territories.
All orders qualify for free shipping. No minimum spend is required.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) are processed starting the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed starting the next business day.
Our handling time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Handling time is the period between order confirmation and when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Our transit time is 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch. Transit time is the period the carrier takes to deliver the parcel to your address.
Total delivery time is 2–10 business days, calculated as handling (1–3) + transit (1–7), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be sent by email so you can monitor delivery progress.
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional costs may apply to resend the order.
